Their flocks of sheep, together with olive groves, vegetable gardens, and fruit trees, provide the raw materials they transform by hand in their workshop to bring products from the land to the table.
The estate, located between the sea and the mountains, also hosts lodging and dining experiences that connect visitors with the flavours and culture of the Costa Brava and Les Gavarres.
