This winery is integrated into the landscape, underground and next to a traditional farmhouse that gives its name to the estate and to one of its iconic wines, “Ca l’Elsa”. It works according to sustainability criteria and, as early as 2008, committed to obtaining and maintaining Zero CO₂ certification.
