Goat dairy: from herd to table, naturally authentic
The dairy goats and Ripollesa meat sheep of Làctics Pauet are the basis of their products.
Their herd of seven hundred animals grazes in a mixed forest of Aleppo pine and holm oak, preventing the spread of wildfires while also making fire-fighting work on foot more accessible.
For their dairy products they use only 100% natural milk and starter cultures. They produce recuit de drap, yoghurt and cheeses, and also offer lamb and baby goat meat.
