Emporarom embodies the essence of the Empordà: products with flavour and character.
The plants are grown on different plots across the Empordà, by the sea and near areas of natural interest. Production is organic, carried out on small plots of land where the entire process, from planting to irrigation, harvesting, and drying, is done by hand.
The project was born from the union of different Empordà producers of aromatic and medicinal plants, with the aim of recovering the knowledge of plants traditionally used for healing, culinary or aromatic purposes, while also developing products that are appealing to today’s society.
