Aromatic and medicinal herbs
‘La Mimosa Naturalesa Saludable’ is a small family project that revives the craft of the ancestral herbalist, making use of the properties of wild plants for care and health improvement.
Located in Sant Sadurní de l’Heura, they work nearly 2 hectares under the principles of regenerative agriculture.
They grow more than 100 species of aromatic and medicinal herbs as their main product, while also cultivating vegetables and fruit trees. In this way, they develop a polyculture system on the estate, improving soil quality and encouraging biodiversity.
Their aim is to care for people’s health by applying cultivation methods that also nurture nature and the ecosystem.
