Wild infusions, aromas that speak of nature
‘La Mimosa Naturalesa Saludable’ is a small family project that revives the craft of the ancestral herbalist, making use of the properties of wild plants for care and health improvement.
Located in Sant Sadurní de l’Heura, they work nearly 2 hectares under the principles of regenerative agriculture.
They cultivate more than 100 species of aromatic and medicinal herbs as their main product and also combine it with vegetable and fruit crops. In this way, they develop a polyculture system on the farm, which improves the quality of the soil and promotes biodiversity.
Their aim is to care for people’s health by applying cultivation methods that also nurture nature and the ecosystem.
At the weekly markets of La Bisbal d’Empordà, Torroella de Montgrí, and Palamós.
